Simple Search



SANDEE invites you to search its Database containing hundreds of records of individual or institutional members by simply typing a query and clicking the Search button

  • When you type multiple words in the search box, SANDEE search engine first looks for records that contain all of the words you have typed in your search. Only those records with all these matching words will be displayed to you.
  • To narrow down your search, please be as specific as you can. (Example: Population Control instead of just Population)
  • Words with uppercase or lowercase are treated the same during search. (Example: Searching for POPULATION gives the same result as search for population)
  • Words with punctuation are treated as a single word with the punctuation being part of that word. ( Example: Searching for population-control gives the same result as search for "population control" )
  • After a search is complete, you will be able to see a brief description of those records which matched the word(s), This includes Name(indiviual/institutional), email address(es), Telephone number(optional) and the publications(optional).

 

 

Advanced Search


This is a more specific search for searching SANDEE database. It has many fields viz. First name, Middle name, Last name, Country, City, state, publication, category, Organization name, Specialization, Area of interest and Membership date.

You can select any combination of fields for your search. For example if you want to search by a persons first name and specialization, enter your details in the First name and Specialization text boxes leaving all other boxes empty. The search engine will get you all the records that match the specified First name and Specialization. Here if you enter more details the number of records fetched will reduced as the search engine will try to fetch only those records which matches all the details you have entered.
